Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 11 JUL 2023 meetings were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Bob will upload draft7 of the Quality specification document to the website.
      done
 - Lance will send an email notice to the open forum requesting review of the 
   Quality specification.

New ARs:


Discussion:
a. Quality Specification SpreadSheet Intoduction
   Weston showed an automated version of the spreadsheet. This version 3 has 
   the new level 4 items in the list. The automation checks the pass/fail 
   choices in the checklist to determine the quality level for the component 
   or model in each spreadsheet.
b. Comments on IBIS Quality Specification Version 3.0 Draft7
   Weston showed draft8 with 2 minor editorial changes. He asked for any 
   comment from the task group. There was no comment.
